Getting outdoors is a fresh approach to strengthening, conditioning & toning your muscles, so you get a whole new perspective on workouts as well as tons of fresh air.
Our classes use HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) methods such as Tabata and Amraps. This ensures that you get the most out of your main workout elevating your heart rate in a short period so you are burning for the rest of the day.
Our boot camp classes are fun. You will work out in a group with other people and motivate and challenge each other.
